Vijay GarG12/9/2020 11:08:44 PM
Our language, our language, our way of communicating, our way of smiling, the fluctuations of our language, our word choice and the way we pronounce our words play an important role in shaping our social status. Happiness is not obtained from anywhere. It has to be earned. To earn it, we need to be proficient in public relations. The great art of gaining appreciation and love in society lies in the art of communication. People who are skilled in the art of dialogue are seen climbing the ladder of success and standing at the top of success. It is a skill that is required in every moment and in every field. That is why it is so important for those who want to succeed in life to learn the basics of communication skills.
1. Praise is also an art
Do you know this art? Aren't you stingy in praising others? It is also important to note that there is a difference between flattery and praise. Flattery is a compliment given for a purpose and exaggeration. This should be avoided. Every person has some or the other quality. Recognize him and praise him generously. When starting a conversation with a stranger, check his appearance, clothes, complexion and hair etc. and don't forget to compliment him on something admirable. Compliments with smiling lips and smiling eyes help to create a good atmosphere for your conversation.
2. Avoid arguing
The only way to win the debate is to avoid it. Create a dialogue, not a dispute. What is gained by winning the debate, nothing, only the ego gets muscles. Those who argue and satisfy the ego by winning the debate can never be praised by others. Debate not only makes you unpopular, it also reduces the number of your friends.
3. Take an interest in others-
To be a good communicator, you need to be interested in others. The person who is talking to you will want to listen to you carefully and with interest. You need to respond to encourage him. Well then, what happened next are good words for response or it is okay to ask a question. Sometimes when someone is saying something, many people start looking around, which is a sign that they are not showing interest in the conversation. People who know how to communicate well not only respond to the speaker but also show the speaker that he or she is interested in what he or she is saying.
4. Don't gossip:
People spend a lot of time in their daily lives gossiping about others. When one criticizes during a conversation, one is definitely inferior in the eyes of others. When someone slanders an absent friend, the listener thinks that tomorrow he may gossip about me to someone else. Blasphemy always causes loss of friends. Slander always has a detrimental effect on time, friends and personality. He who is to be proficient in the art of communicating with the people, should repent from hearing and doing slanderous gossip.
5. Avoid stinging words:
Bani should not come out of your tongue. When dealing with people, even if you don't like them, it is important to always be polite. Do not use sarcastic or sarcastic words. Remember, one such word made the Mahabharata.
6. Respectfully call by name:
Every human being loves his own name. Every human being wants respect. Every human being wants love. Treat people the way you want them to treat you. He likes to take other names with respect during the conversation. Calling by name is also part of the art of good conversation.
7. Smile and Win:
A gift that nature has given to all for free, which has the ability to conquer the world, but still man does not make proper use of this gift of nature. Meet everyone with a smile. Where possible, smile and make your point clear. Even if you don't agree with anyone, the effect is good if you express your point of view with a happy and smiling face. On the other hand, it is important to remember that some people laugh out loud and try to make fun of old jokes. People do not take such people seriously in a serious conversation.
8. Never interrupt
When a person is speaking during a conversation, he should listen patiently and patiently. Only speak when he has finished speaking or you are asked to speak. Interrupting the other's talk is considered against social behavior and behavior. The art of listening with restraint and patience is also an important aspect of good communication skills.
9. Avoid personal and social satire:
The wound of the arrow of words is so deep that its effect lasts for centuries. Words that hurt a person's religious feelings should never be uttered, nor should a person's physical disability be ridiculed.
10. Be careful when choosing words:
The word is love, the word is a weapon, the word is friend but if the word is not true then there is an arrow that pierces the chest deeply. The wounds inflicted by the enemy should be avoided. Dale Carnegie writes that it is your language and vocabulary that tell you what kind of people you are in. Knowledge of words and their meanings is very bold in pure speech, otherwise it has been observed that many educated people are not able to speak pure even in their mother tongue. The choice of words and the pronunciation of words play an important role in your personality and your personality is the art of conversation.
11 Reduce the use of 'I'
The person who uses 'I' is a victim of ego. Instead of being influenced by him, people start calling him by the nickname 'Goat'. Use me as little as possible
The great art of gaining appreciation and love in society lies in the art of communication. People who are skilled in the art of dialogue are seen climbing the ladder of success and standing at the top of success. It is a skill that is required in every moment and in every field.
