Departmental inquiry against Dy Medical Supdt SSH, GMC Jammu | Govt constitutes two members committee | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 26: The Jammu and Kashmir government has constituted a two members committee team to look into the departmental inquiry against Dr Deepak Kumar, Deputy Medical Superintendent Super Specialty Hospital (SSH), Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu. As per the reports, Dr Deepak Kumar, SSH, GMC Jammu was placed under suspension in terms of Sub Rule 31(2) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules 1956 on 23rd September 2020. Whereas memorandum containing an article of charges and statement of Imputations was served on Dr Deepak Kumar asking him to submit his written statement of defence within 15 days from the date of issuance of the memorandum. However, Dr Deepak Kumar vide his communication dated 16-11-2020 submitted his written statement of his defence. Now, therefore, the sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Nagender Singh Jamwal (KAS), Administrator Hospitals, Government Medical College, Jammu as Inquiry Officer to conduct inquiry into the matter. The inquiry officer shall submit his report to the Administrative Department within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of the order. Whereas, Zeba Sulemain, Administrative Officer, Government Medical College, Jammu shall act as the presenting officer on the inquiry. |
