| J&K Bank ATM guard stabbed to death | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 21: In a late evening incident an ATM security guard of J&K Bank was stabbed to death by unidentified persons in Nanak Nagar area.
After the incident senior Police officer rushed to the ATM situated in Sector No 13 of Nanak Nagar.
"The slain security guard has not been identified yet. But according to locals the door of ATM was closed for a while, and the murder probably took place at that time", a Police officer told Early Times .
The officer said the body of security guard was lying in the pool of blood, when police reached on the spot. "Body of the ATM security guard has been shifted to GMC for autopsy. A team of FSL also rushed on spot and collected sample from the site", the officer said.
Police has started investigation into the case. "CCTV recording of camera installed in ATM and adjoining areas will play a major role solve this cold-blooded murder in posh locality", the officer said. |
