| CF demands separate budget allocation for Jammu | | |

JAMMU, Jan 28: Citizens Forum fully agreeing with LG. Manoj Sinha that J&K will reach new heights of glory by building a new Jammu and Kashmir said for every erstwhile ruler J&K meant only Kashmir and not Jammu.
Leaving the time of political governance when Jammu was discriminated aside, the Governors rule gave some satisfaction of being taking care of Jammu development but at a very slow and minimum financial dispensation.
UT is going to give final touches to its annual budget for 2021-22 which has to be passed by the Parliament in its budget session. The people of Jammu want to remind the promise made by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give equitable share to Jammu region in Health, Education and Tourism.
We are sorry to note in spite huge funds allocated by the center these three main sectors are in depleted condition, observed CF. |
