Dharmarth Trust employees garner more support | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 20: The ongoing chain hunger strike of the employees of Dharmarth Trust in the entire Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday entered 55TH consecutive day. A large number of employees including Pujaris of all the temples under Dharmarth Trust assembled in Ranbireshwar Temple here and raised slogans against the Dharmarth Trust management for not redressing their demands despite the protest for the last 82 days. Address to the gathering, President of the association, Vivek Bandral warned that LG administration to intervene in the matter at the earliest otherwise employees association expedite the agitation. “We shall continue our agitation till our demands will be met,” protesting employees asserted. The employees association further decided to start Ganesh Puja from tomorrow as Rudhra Abishak concluded after five days today. Meanwhile, National Conference Provincial President Devender Rana along with team, Prof R P Sharma Vice President of FFMA, Brij Mehra President of Jammu Pragati Manch and Rajan Gupta President of Sarav Shakti Sena also visited the strike venue and extended their support to the employees. |
