JAMMU, Mar 7: On the eve of International Women's Day (IWD), Jammu Tawi Golf Course organized a Yoga session. The IWD-2021 campaign theme this year is #ChooseToChallenge.
The event was attended by women from all walks of life and kids. The participants performed various asnas like Hastuttan Asana, Hastpad Asana, Trikon Asana, Veer Bhadra Asana, Surya Namaskar Asana, Hal Asana, Pranayama, under the able guidance of Pavit Kour, Internationally Certified Yoga.
Jammu Tawi Golf Course is organizing such events on regular basis for members of the club. Manav Gupta secretary Jammu Tawi Golf course informed that club is organizing two days event including yoga session and women putting competition in association with Directorate of Tourism. He thanked all women participants for actively participating in the event.
