JAMMU, Mar 10: Hardeep Singh Anand who participated in the 33rd Senior Women National Tug of War championship which was held at Goverdhan Stadium, Agra, UP from 6th - 8th March,2021 brought laurels to the State by winning Bronze Medal.
In the third place Jammu & Kashmir beat Rajasthan by (2-1) set. The winning team comprised of Vasvi Gupta, Arti Billoria, Sumira Gani, Gitanjali Sharma, Suman Balla, Suraya Rashid, Shamsun Nisa, Amrita Sani, Hamia Gull & Sameena Rashid. The winning team was accompanied by Kiran Kumari -coach & Sourabh Dubey- manager.
Hardeep Singh Anand - president of the Association felicitated all the players and wished them best of luck for their future endevours.
Jodh Singh Isher-general secretary, Jasbir Singh vice president of the association, Ajay Peshin and other dignitaries were also present during the function organized at Hotel Asia Jammu. |
