| J&K Administrative Services Association condoles demise of Sajad Somberia | | |

Jammu, Mar 12: In a quite gloomy and tearful atmosphere, the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services Association on Friday expressed grief over the sad and untimely demise of Sajad Somberia, a young officer.The Officer was presently working as District Social Welfare Officer, Udhampur, with additional charge as District Information Officer.
After attending the funeral prayers at Krimchi , Udampur , an official spokesperson of the association said that the untimely demise of Sajad Bashir Somberia has shocked the fraternity, besides leading to the loss of a devout officer and a friend. He added that the committment of the officer towards services and his unrelenting efforts in the cause of public services will remain a part of our collective memory. He added that to hear about the loss of the officer is not only shocking but also hurtful . He further said that the association shares the grief of the family of the deceased officer and the collective heart of the association goes out to the family in this time of sorrow.
He, in a emotional outburst, said that fond memories of the deceased would be the source of peace and reflection in these tough times and his devotion towards the services shall be a source of inspiration for all of us. |
