SAMBA, Mar 19: Indian System of Medicines (Ayush) under the Directorate of Indian System of Medicines organized a day-long Awareness-cum-Medicine distribution camp at Bhargava Public School Samba. It is pertinent to mention here that Immunoboosting Medicines like Amritarishta , Ashwagandharista, Cough syrup, Cold ache tablets, Itrifal-e- shahtara, Puril syrup etc were distributed among 450 students and staff of the school free of cost and also they asked the student fraternity to follow the SOPs and boost your immunity to fight Covid-19 pandemic. Nodal Office Ayush Department Samba comprising of Dr. Nani Jasrotia, Dr. Jyoti Dogra, Rajkumar and ShashiPaul were the Medical team members. Speaking on the occasion Dr. Nani Jasrotia apprised the students about the benefits of these Ayurvedic medicines particularly during this Covid-19 pandemic period.She told the students fraternity to take proper dose of the medicines and perform physical exercises/ Yoga so as to develop immunity against the diseases. She also complimented the students for following SOPs particularly wearing of masks. M.D of the school Rajesh Sharma also addressed the students and staff and advised them to get themselves boosted against the dreaded Covid-19 pandemic and follow all SOPs strictly. Principal of the school Subhash Kumar lastly thanked the Medical team for their selfless, whole hearted and dedicated service towards the society and advised the students and staff to adhere to the directions of Medical Team.
