Jammu, Apr 2: Department of Physical education GDC Ramnagar organised inter-house Tug of War competition in which a total of 4 teams consisting of 10 players in each participated. The participating teams were Maharana Pratap House, Shivaji House, Azaad House and Bhagat singh House. The final match of the competition was played between Bhagat singh House and Maharana Pratap House which was won by Maharana Pratap House by winning 2 out of 3 sets. Udhey Bhanu, Pricnicpal, was the chief guest on this occasion.
He congratulated all the players and motivated them to take part in all the future competitions. Besides Prof. Suresh Kumar Dogra, Prof. Swarna Devi, Dr. Om Parkash, Prof. Ritika Mahajan, Prof. Riaz, Mukesh Kumar, Staff members and large no. of students were also present.
The event was organised by Sports committee of the College under the guidance of Udhey Bhanu, Principal, GDC Ramnagar. |
