Jammu, Apr 2: A youth and his sister-in-law on Friday allegedly died by suicide by hanging themselves with a tree outside their house in Phalian Mandal area here on the city outskirts.
Police said that a youth, who was identify as Somnath, 25, and his sister-in-law Usha, 21, this morning hanged themselves and committed suicide outside their house in Makwal area of Phalian Mandal in Satwari.
The duo allegedly had an illicit relation and when the family members came to know about it, they took the extreme step, the police added.
They said that a case has been registered and investigation started. |
