JAMMU, Apr 3: The Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), District Jammu, Zone Satwari conducted Rallies/Prabhat Pheri to convey the message to save water among the masses at Block Mandal, Zone Satwari. The rally was flagged off by DDC member Geetu Aulakh along with other dignitaries BDC Chairman Madan Lal, Principal GHSS Mandal Dr Anjana. In this padh yatra near about 250 students from 10 government institutions of this Block participated early in the morning. In addition to this Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav (Celebration of India's 75 year independence) programme was also organized. In this context, all the field staff members of Block Mandal actively participated in this program. The programme was organized under the Chairmanship of Dr. Saleem ur Rehman, Director General, Youth Services & Sports J&K UT and under the supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma, DYSSO Jammu. |
