Two Scooties with same registration numbers spotted at DH Poonch | | | RAJESH TANDON
EARLY TIMES REPORTS
POONCH, May 1: It may sound shocking but it’s true that two Scooties with the same registration numbers were found at District Hospital (DH) Poonch which has brought the High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) fixing company under scanner. A person namely Prince Sharma, who was on a visit to District Hospital Poonch, parked his Scooty (Red Maroon) with registration number JK12A 5896 inside the hospital premises but he was shocked when he found that another Scooty (White) with the same registration number parked nearby. After seeing the unbelievable, he immediately informed the Early Times reporter, who took pictures of the Scooties and called the police. After reaching the spot, police investigated and found that the White Scooty had a fake registration number. While talking to Early Times, Prince Sharma said that if the other Scooty was found involved in any crime then he would have landed in some sort of trouble. The chasis number inscribed on White Scooty was printed on the Registration Certificate of Maroon coloured Scooty. "I am shocked to see that how such a blunder could be committed by the HSRP fixing company which printed two plates for different vehicles with similar registration numbers. There should be a detailed investigation in this connection and the culprit should be brought to book," he said. |
