| 343 people vaccinated at Kalakote | | |

Jammu, May 25: On the first day of vaccination for 18+ more than over hundred beneficiaries were vaccinated at three different locations in Kalakote Town. However, a total of 343 persons were administered the first dose of Covishield vaccine.
Chairperson, Municipal Committee Kalakote Vijay Suri and Tehsildar Kalakote Rakesh Sharma personally supervised vaccination drives in the town.
The vaccination drive was held at four places vis Community Health Centre (CHC), Municipal Committee Office, Court Complex and Block Development Office Kalakote. “On Tuesday a total of 343 persons, both 18+ and 45+ administered the first dose of Covishield vaccine in Medical Block ‘’, informed BMO Kalakote, Dr Ashfaq Choudhary.
In Kalakote town, the Municipal Committee pressed its men and vehicles into service to make announcements regarding vaccination.
