| Kripak demands employment to youth in power projects | | |

KISHTWAR, June 13: A strong resentment is prevailing among the unemployed youth of District Kishtwar, said National Conference leader and Councilor Municipal Council Kishtwar.
Kripak said that a large number of youth of District Kishtwar today met him and expressed their resentment for not engaging them in power projects .
In his statement issued today, Kripak said that the unemployed youths time and again approached the power project companies viz AFCONS, Jay Pee Associates, Patel Engineering Company for their adjustment in the projects executed by them but it is a matter of great concern that no heed was paid to their repeated requests.
He blamed the management of power project companies for providing employment to only those youths one who belongs to a particular political party even the civil contracts in these projects are being provided to the influential persons who are associated with BJP and other political parties have been totally ignored which has caused a brewing resentment among the masses .
Kripak has urged upon the Lt Governor to direct the Managing Director CVPP to intervene and ask the power project companies to provide employment to local youths on priority basis. |
