Plus Two Lecturers' Forum holds meeting, discusses issues | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 13: A virtual meeting of All J&K Plus Two Lecturers' Forum was held today under the chairmanship of Dr Manzoor Ahmad, in which the representatives, Central Executives, District Presidents, from all over the UT participated and shared their views. Proceedings of the meeting were conducted by Mir Fayaz. Deepak Sharma Provincial President, All J&K Plus Two Lecturers' Forum Jammu, while sharing his views stressed upon the need for focused and organized efforts for getting the issues like ACP and regularization of In-charge lecturers resolved. He appreciated the approach of the present regime, especially dedicated and dynamic Principal Secretary, BK Singh in resolving the issues, the school education department is confronted with. Dr Manzoor in his presidential address hailed the role of Principal Secretary School Education BK Singh in resolving the long pending issues of lecturer fraternity. He thanked Principal Secretary for his assurance in resolving the long pending issues like Incharge system, Assured Career Progression, which has now brought the community to a severe stagnation. The speakers who spoke on the occasion lauded the efforts of J&K Lecturers Forum in resolving the issues of the lecturers' community and expressed their confidence and support in the leadership of Dr Manzoor, Deepak Sharma and others who represent the community. Among others who spoke in the virtual meeting included Anil Kumar Sharma Vice President, BA Mir General Secretary, RS Salathia General Secretary Jammu, Mushtaq Ahmad Sopori Principal Baramulla, Syed Fayaz Badgam, Ashok Sharma Udhampur and several others. |
