| JKNPP protests against PHE, PDD | | |

Jammu, June 20: The public of Talab Datta, Buchari and its surrounding area protested against the PHE and PDD departments for their failure to supply the drinking water and electricity regularly.
The protesters were raising slogans under the leadership of senior leaders of JKNPP Rajesh Pargotra and Khajur Singh. The public also broke the empty water pots with the slogans against PHE and PDD Departments like Hai, Hai, Ghar ghar ki jehi kahani hai na bijali na pani hai. The public showed rage, indignation and anguish for the total failure of BJP government to continue the essential services such as Drinking water and electricity for the public and said area.
Rajesh Pargotra demanded that the uninterrupted supply of water and Electricity be maintained regularly and further warned the government if the supply is not maintained and the public of the said area is deprived of such services a violent protest demonstration will be held in the nearest future. He also demanded that 500 meter link road which leads to Talab Data shrine be black topped as Talab Data is a religious place where Data Ranpat had given his martyrdom and thousands of people throng at this spot for dip in the Sacred tank and obeisance. |
