| NGO People’s Hut Foundation distributes Sanjeevani medical kits | | |

Jammu, June 20: A Jammu-based NGO People’s Hut Foundation today kicked off a drive to help underprivileged people by distributing Sanjeevani Medical Kits among them.
The “Sanjeevani Medical Kits” consisting of Masks, Sanitizers, medicines etc were distributed among 100 beneficiaries at the Kusht Ashram Jammu. The PHF Director and CEO, Dr. Rohit Koul, said it was decided by the advisory and management board of the NGO to provide help to patients either financially or in kind on the occasion of Father’s Day to the ashram residents.
He added we work in the field of education, health and relief. Considering the current situation, we decided to start distributing Free Sanjeevani Medical Kits under our Mobile Health Clinic programme in Jammu.Talking about how the team identifies beneficiaries and delivers Sanjeevani Medical Kits Advisor to PHF Mr. Vikas Koul said usually people contact us through our social media handles and as and when we receive a request, our volunteers physically verify the applicant and then deliver the kits Apart from this, we have a good number of active volunteers in various local areas and it is their responsibility to identify people.
Team Member of PHF Sahil Dhar said it is our commitment to serve the people with our best efforts and especially when the entire world is blanketed by this threat. Also, seeing the needs of some families who could not even express their miseries motivated us to come forward and help. |
