Ashok Sharma demands filling of posts of teaching faculty | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 21: Ashok Kumar, Former MLA from Ramban has strongly urged upon Lieutenant Governor of J&K to direct the Jammu and Kashmir Public service commission to immediately initiate the process for all vacant post of the teachers, 10+2 lecturers and college lecturers in both school education and higher education department as the future of both students and qualified unemployed youth are at great risk in both Kashmir and Jammu region. In a statement issued here, he said “after the bifurcation of state of Jammu and Kashmir into two union territory, qualified youth of both Kashmir and Jammu were promised by the BJP government at Centre that they will provide and secure jobs for all highly qualified unemployed youth however, the highly qualified, trained and competent youth of J&K has been deliberately ignored and neglected by the present Government of J&K which works on the advise of Government of India presently ruled by BJP government. It is a big injustice to the highly qualified unemployed youth, who can prove valuable assets in both educational systems which will further trigger growth in the process of Nation building.” Ashok said that highly qualified youth of Jammu and Kashmir, who are the worst sufferers as the result of the successive governments ‘blind as a bat' especially, policies in education sector. This is not only hampering the unemployed qualified youth, but also the future of students and thus, national building. He said all advanced and major economies in the world has better educational systems. It becomes imperative for the government to understand the plight of both unemployed youth and students. |
