| GCW Parade organizes online lecture on Yoga | | |

JAMMU, June 24: Government College for Women (GCW) Parade Jammu’s Department of Sanskrit organized an online lecture on the occasion of International Yoga Day. The Principal Dr SP Sarswat was the patron. The topic was “Bharatiya Sanskriti Mein Yoga Ka Mahtav”. The lecture was delivered by Dr Sarita Sharma, Assistant Professor, Sanskrit from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi. Dr Sarita made the audience aware about the relevance of Yoga in ancient and present era. During the lecture Dr Sarita discussed Yog, Ashtaang Yog and some other topics in detail. 90 students were present in this online lecture. Welcome address and vote of thanks were presented by Dr Mamta Sharma.
