DDC member, ZMO organize medical-cum-yoga camp

BANI, June 24: District Development Council (DDC) member, Reeta Thakur along with ZMO Koti Chandyar, Dr Rameshwar Singh organized a medical and yoga camp at the holy shrine of Jaurian Mata at Banjal in Bani Tehsil here today.
The camp was inaugurated by Dharam Chand, the Pujari of the Shrine, who distributed free Ayurvedic medicines among all those persons who attended the camp. During the Yoga Camp, the participants were taught correct techniques of various Asanas by the Yoga instructor.
While addressing the people on the occasion, the DDC member, Bani, Reeta Thakur explained the significance of immunity booster Ayurvedic medicines provided to them at the camp in fighting the battle against Coronavirus. She also urged the people to strictly follow COVID-19 SOPs. She appreciated Dr Rameshwar Singh for the hard work and dedication in conducting multipurpose camps, be it for vaccination, medicine distribution or Yoga in the remote and far flung areas of Bani in a mission mode. Dr Rameshwar, in his address, made the people aware about the dangers of Coronavirus and the need to follow all the SOPs and precautions announced from time to time in this regard by the Government even after receiving both doses of vaccination.
He also enumerated multiple benefits of making Yoga a daily routine in one’s lifestyle.
Meanwhile, those who participated in the medicine distribution and Yoga camps thanked the ZMO Dr Rameshwar Singh for making hectic and relentless efforts among the people in these areas with poor road connectivity. They said that it would not have been possible without the efforts of ZMO who has been rendering service to the people of these far flung areas with utmost sincerity and dedication.
