Resentment brews over forcible abduction of girl

Jammu, June 29: All J&K 1947 Sharnarthi Intellectual Forum called an emergency meeting of its core committee members under the chairmanship of Amrik Singh and joined by S.Surjit Singh general secretary of Forum.
The forum took strong resentment over the forcible abduction of a Sikh girl Manpreet Kaur at Kashmir and converted and married with a Muslim old man.
The forum expressed its resentment and urged upon the Lt. Governor to intervene into the matter and take stern action against the culprits and also get safe return of the victim girl to her parents.
The forum reiterated that an ordinance against anti conversion law be promulgated with the parents mandate similarly as it's promulgated in UP state.
The forum reiterated that this is a well planned execution by some anti national agencies who do not want peace in India and believe in bloodshed.
The forum further elaborated that if such forcible conversion without the consent of parents is not stopped then its repercussions will be adverse and Govt. has to face consequences.
The forum also thanked S.Maninderjit Singh Sirsa President Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management committee and S Sukhbir Singh Badal ex Dy Chief Minister of Punjab for their effort to take over this sensitive issue with the Lt Governor of J&K UT Manoj Sinah.
