Jammu, June 29: The langer set up by Mahila Morcha of Jammu and Kashmir BJP outside the main entrance of GMC, Jammu, almost a month ago, concluded today wherein, the former BJP president Sat Sharma, J&K, BJP Headquarter Incharge Priya Sethi and Morcha President Sanjita Dogra and District President Munish Khajuria distributed food items, cooked and dry, among the people. Sat Sharma, on this occasion, applauded the services rendered by the women activists during these days of COVID-19 pandemic. He said that the BJP as well as its every Morcha, has been on ground to help the poor and needy and arrange face masks, sanitizers, medicines, ration items etc for them. He said that people in large number are daily being provided food items by the Mahila Morcha and maximum are the attendants of the patients from remote and far flung areas. It is really good work for the mankind. Priya Sethi said that serving the poor and needy is a noble work and the BJP's cadre has taken into hand the task of reaching the poor people in every nook and corner of the UT to educate them about the precautions to be safe from the deadly virus and guide them to get vaccinated without and fear or hesitation. She also congratulated the Mahila Morcha activists for organizing langer for one month together. Sanjita Dogra said that the Mahila Morcha activists across the Union Territory have been putting their best in the pandemic time to provide every kind of possible help, especially, making available essential food items. She said that it is a matter of great satisfaction that there is improvement in Cotona cases and assured to continue serving the people in future as well.
