REASI, July 22: A massive plantation was conducted by Forest Department under J&K Green Drive in association with Department of Education District Reasi here today. Saplings of different plant species were planted at Government High School (GHS) Ghairmadi in presence of Vijay Kumar Verma Range Officer Reasi, Sugam Bral Block Forest Officer Reasi, Jugal Kishore Head Master of GHS Ghairmadi, Narender Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma Teacher (Coordinator) Bhupinder Singh Forest Guard.
The entire plantation drive was conducted under the overall supervision of DFO Reasi, Jyotsana and Chief Education Officer, Reasi Mohd Aziz.
Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Coordinator, thanked officials of the Forest Department for plantation drive in educational institutions which will enhance the greenery as well as beautify the school premises. |
