Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 26: President J&K National Panthers Party & Executive Chairman, State Legal Aid Committee, J&K Prof Bhim Singh expressed surprise on the failure of J&K Administration in particular to keep the President informed about the weather and the expected weather condition in the morning of July 26, 2021. The Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi had informed the press and the administration in J&K about the President's four-day visit to J&K. It was clearly stated in the information released by the Rashtrapati Bhawan that the President shall be visiting Drass in Ladakh and shall pay homage to Kargil martyrs on July 26 July.
Prof Bhim Singh expressed anguish on the total failure of J&K administration to work out a scientific plan about the President's visit to Drass is about three hours journey by car and had the administration planned the President's visit by road in the morning. The people in Drass (Kargil and entire Ladakh region) would have got a great message from the President of India for the first time. NPP Supremo said that it was unfortunate that the administration in J&K failed to advise the President of India about the emotional wait the residents of Drass and Ladakh (Kargil) were waiting for the President of India to deliver his message on the martyrs of Kargil war.
NPP Supremo congratulated the President of India for having demonstrated courage and conviction with a mission to visit J&K to pay homage to Kargil martyrs of 1999 and visiting J&K with this mission at the top.
