‘Guess the place, get one year ET subscription free’ | BJP’s corporator becomes victim of its party’s fake development slogans, road around his residence in dilapidated condition | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 7: A BJP leader and a corporator of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) has become a victim of his own party’s fake slogans of carrying out development in Jammu, which can be well assessed from the dilapidated condition of roads around his residential house. Although this corporator resides in one of the developed wards in the municipality limit, the condition of roads around his residential area speaks otherwise, which are in dilapidated condition and drains are blocked. Now, one can imagine that a BJP corporator, who could not get his road repaired or blacktopped then what would be the fate of other common people, who run from pillar to post for development work in their areas. “The leaders of BJP, who consider themselves as the champion of the citizens of Jammu region, have failed at all fronts, especially bringing development in Jammu. The senior BJP leaders, who claim that they are available for everyone to redress their civic related issues, even failed to help their own leaders, who have left all hopes from the BJP leadership,” locals alleged. BJP flags can be seen on top of the house of this leader, who is the staunch follower of the party but seems to be very disappointed from the local leadership, which has failed to come up to the expectations of every one of his own party leaders. The drains are totally broken around his residence, which exposes the false claims of the BJP leaderships’ slogan of development. The roads in exteriors areas are blacked topped while the interior areas have been ignored badly. Early Times has announced a quiz for its readers to identify the place, wherein the winner will be given one year free subscription. The contestants can contact the mobile number 9906904444. |
