Jammu, Aug 26: Former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) provided financial assistance of Rupees 75000 to the family of a PDD lineman who died while discharging his duty some time back at Gole Gujral, Talab Tillo.
The funds were collected by the Gole Gujral Shopkeepers welfare association.
The BJP leader was also accompanied by District General Secretary Rajesh Gupta, Mandal President Keshav Chopra, Corporator Ward 32 Sat Pal Karlupia and many others.
The lineman Late Darshan Lal who was working at Talab Tillo was badly injured and succumbed to his injuries while doing his duty.
President shopkeeper Welfare Association Harvinder Singh Vicky, Harcharan Singh, Arun Dubey, Rajesh Saini, Abhishek Sharma, PK Bhat and many others were also present.
