JAMMU, Sept 3: The order of closure of bars in J&K UT has been challenged by some bar and restaurant owners.
Justice Sindhu Sharma of J&K High Court after hearing Adv Arshad Majid Malik issued notice to Commissioner/Secretary to Government Finance Department Jammu & Kashmir, Excise Commissioner J&K, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive) Excise and Taxation Complex returnable before September 20, 2021 and also directed respondents to decide the representation of petitioners.
