Lecturers' Forum holds meeting | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 3: An emergent meeting of All J&K Plus Two Lecturers' Forum was held under the chairmanship of its President, Deepak Sharma to discuss situation arisen out of anti-Forum activities by the District President Jammu, Pardeep Singh. In the meeting, Deepak Sharma took strong exception to the unethical, unconstitutional and undemocratic declaration of an interim body by District President Jammu thereby misusing the platform of Forum. General Secretary, Romesh Singh Slathia clarified his stance that he is very much with the platform of Forum and part of Central body and totally distanced himself from so called patronship of unconstitutional body declared by District President Jammu and warned him for wrongly using his name in his affairs. Sanjay Bhagat, Chief Organizer also exuded confidence in present Central body and assured the house to work tirelessly for the benefit of cadre. Former president and Advisor to the Forum, NS Jamwal and Chief Patron, Charan Dass cautioned the house to be more vigilant and aware about the anti cadre elements and asked everybody to work with zeal and dedication for the uplifment of Plus Two cadre. Anil Shastri, Vice president, stated that nobody is above the platform and all must follow the constitution of the forum. Forum in one voice resolved that nobody will be spared for working against the cadre and constitution and action as warranted under the constitution of the Forum will be taken against the willful defaulters. Proceedings of the meeting were conducted by General Secretary RS Slathia. Those who participated in the meeting included NS Jamwal, Charan Dass, Sanjay Bhagat, Ashok Sharma, Lok Sewak, Jatinder Sethi, Fazal Hussain, Anis Ahmed, Imtiaz Qazmi, AR Giri, Ajay Sehgal and Vijay Verma. |
