JAMMU, Sept 8: A deputation lead by Nisar Ahmed, Chairman JKPCC Pahari Cell met with Rajani Patil, General Secretary Incharge- Jammu & Kashmir in the presence of GA Mir, President JKPCC, Raman Bhalla, Former Minister and Shabir Khan, former Minister in Jammu.
At the very outset the Chairman Pahari Cell introduced all the members accompanying him to Rajani Patil. The burning issues pertaining to the welfare of Pahari Community were projected and discussed at length with her.
Necessary arrangements regarding the two day visit of Rahul Gandhi also came under discussion.
GA Mir assured the members that a separate convention of Pahari Community will be held in near future wherein all the important issues/demands of Pahari speaking people will be discussed. Prominent persons who attended the meeting were Qaramat Ullah Malik, Vice Chairman, Sajjad Tariq, General Secretary, Yog Raj Sharma, General Secretary, MH Bhatti, Former Director- Social Welfare, Zeeshan Ahmed, Bharat Sehgal, Dr Ishan Ahmed and Moulana Ghulam Ahmed. |
