| Minor girl dies, two brother fell ill in Kupwara | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Sept 28: A five-year-old girl died and her two brothers fell ill in north Kashmir district of Kupwara, official sources said on Tuesday.
The health officials said that actual cause was being ascertained and a team of doctors has been sent to village to conduct survey there.
They said Mehfooza and her two brothers Zakir Ahmad Lone (8) and Aamir Ahmad Lone (3) were sleeping in a room when they suddenly started crying Monday night at village Mawar Bala in Handwara.
They said all the three were immediately rushed to nearby hospital where girl Mehfooza was declared dead. However, Zahir and Aamir were referred to District Hospital Handwara.
After treatment both the brothers are now stable, sources said adding though the actual cause was being investigated. A team of doctors has been rushed this morning to village to conduct door-to-door survey to ascertain the facts of the incident. |
