| Illegal structures on forest land removed in Bathindi area | | |

JAMMU, Sept 28: A joint team of Forest Department, Police and District administration in an anti encroachment drive demolished illegal structures on forest land in forest compartment 4/Ch of village Bathindi area of Bahu Range which was illegally constructed and retrieved back five Kanals of forest land.
The operation was conducted by forest team under the supervision of Anup Kumar Soni, DFO Jammu. The team of forest officials was led by Rakeshwar Singh Rana, Range Officer Bahu, along with Salamat Ali Block Officer Chowadhi, Maqbool Husssain, Rakeshwar Singh Khurhan B.O Bahu, Rakesh Dubey I/C Anti Encroachment Team and other forest field staff of Bahu & Jammu Forest Range. Soni, mentioned that encroachers raised illegal tin sheds. |
