Amandeep Hospital's special OPD for 'Diabetic Foot' today

JAMMU, Sept 30: Amandeep Hospital is holding a special OPD for 'Diabetic Foot' in Jammu tomorrow. Amandeep Hospital, a renowned healthcare provider has extended its medical services to various parts of Punjab and J&K by offering OPD clinics in a number of cities. As a part of this initiative, Amandeep Hospital will conduct a special OPD in Jammu for Diabetic Foot Care from 1st October, 2021 onwards, every months first Friday. The OPD services will be spearheaded by Dr Ravi Mahajan (Chairman, Dept of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery), Dr Bharat (Podiatrist, Foot & Wound Care Spl) and Dr Srinivasan Krishnan (Consultant Plastic Surgeon). The doctors will be available for medical check-up and diagnosis from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The highlights of the OPD clinic will be all diabetic foot problems like diabetic foot ulcers, Charcot foot, foot deformities, fissures, swelling, redness, foot numbness, burning, tingling, corns, calluses, ingrown toe nails, leg pains and preventive screening for Diabetic patients to prevent foot ulcers, foot complications and unnecessary amputation. Also, several tests for diagnosis of foot problems will be conducted at subsidized rates for the residents of Jammu. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Ravi Mahajan says, "This initiative aims to bring world-class healthcare to the dwellers of Jammu city. It is indeed a pleasure for us to serve the residents here."
