Gandhi Jayanti celebrated at panchyat Ghar Dradhu

Jammu, Oct 3: A special gram sabha NRS conducted at Panchayat Ghar Dradhu on 2nd of Oct 2021 in order to celebrate the Gandhi Jayanti the gram sabha was presided by Sarpanch Halqa Panchyat Dradu Sh. Ashok Sharma.
The meeting was attended by all the elected members, frontline workers, J.C.H/S of Panchayat and prominent citizens. During the course of meeting different issued viz cleanliness, teaching of father of National different developmental schemes were discussed in length.
A cleanliness drive was also initiated and a rally as such was conducted to celebrate the day under “Swachta hi Seva Abhiyan. Apart from this plan was also discussed under PMAGY and it was decided to accelerate the pace of execution so that the works are completed within the time from.
Many important issued related to the development of panchayat were discussed in the meeting. The members of truth club and (PMAGY) also participated with full enthusiasm and put forth different issues and suggestions for the overall betterment of halqa.
The secretary Panchayat briefed the persecutions about different schemes of RDD and discussed the plan formulation process for the FY 2022-23 under MGNREGA. Also the Awast beneficiaries were informed by the sec panchayat to submit the required documents under PMAT-a Asap.
The oath was also administrated by sarpanch Sh. Ashok Sharma under “Swachta his Seva”. This resolution was readout before the members of gram sabha and was accepted amicably. The other present on the occasion include Bhagat Ram.
