| GDC Thathri organizes online essay writing competition | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Oct 7: Government Degree College (GDC) Thathri celebrated World Teachers' Day by organizing an eassy writing competition on the theme "Teacher's at the Heart of Education Recovery". The competition was organized by Organizing Secretary, Dr Zahoor Din.
Students of UG level from the entire UT of Jammu and Kashmir showed enthusiasm and participated in this competition. The judges of the competition were Prof Shamboo Nath, Prof Majid Gani Zarger, Prof Sudesh Kumar and Dr Zahoor Din. Mubara Kouser, student of B A 5th sem, GDC Thathri secured Ist position, Rahul Bhardwaj BSC sem 4th from GDC Nowshera secured 2nd position while the third position was bagged by Shahid Hussain B A semester 6th GDC Kilhotran.
The competition was conducted under the supervision of Principle GDC Thathri, Prof Basharat Iqbal who highly praised the effort of organizing team and the participants of the event. |
