Ashok condemns cowardly act of killings in Kashmir | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
RAMBAN, Oct 7: Ashok Kumar, former MLA from Ramban condemned the killings of civilians in Kashmir. Two teachers were killed in terrorist attack at a Government School in Sangam Eidgah area of Srinagar. In a separate incidence few days back a prominent chemist Makhan Lal Bindroo was shot dead by the terrorists. In a statement issued here he said, “It has become everyday business in Kashmir where innocent lives of non-Muslims are being targeted by the terrorists. This is creating an atmosphere of fear and communal disharmony in the entire society of Jammu and Kashmir.” He demanded immediate arrest of the culprits. In a condolence message, he conveyed heartfelt condolences to the families of civilians who were killed by terrorist in less than a week. It is extremely distressing news for the people of India. “Those who have committed this dastardly and cowardly act should be punished on war footing. Government should carefully introspect and frame a new concrete policy to stop the killings of innocent non-Muslims in Kashmir,” he added. |
