| Sky 101 conducts mega pre-event promo run in Jammu | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 23: As part of its build up to the main event SKY101 on November 13 & 14th, a mega pre-event promo run was organized today. The 10 kilometers promo run started from Grand Hill restaurant on Sidhra road. The promo run witnessed several enthusiasts participating from Jammu.
The promo run is aimed to create awareness and drive registrations, for the mountain marathon which is going to take place in Sanget Valley, Udhampur. “Through SKY101 we aim to promote running and cycling at the foothills of the Himalayas in Sanget-Patnitop region.
We are also sure that such an event will help promote Jammu and Kashmir in the national map of marathons. I look forward to a successful promo event and subsequently, the main event in mid-November,” said Syed Junaid Altaf, Managing Director, Empyrean Skyview Projects Private Limited.
SKY101 is the first-of-its-kind event in India, testing athletes on their multi-discipline sports endurance – cycling and running in mountain trails. |
