| Locals hail BDC Kumar for getting road project to Sunderbani | | |

Rajauri, Oct 23: The residents of Sunderbani here falling under Panchayat Nallah Makoul have hailed the Block Development Chairperson, Arun Kumar for brining much needed road project to the area.
The locals said for the last several years the demand for upgradation of the main road including its blacktopping was pending due to paucity of funds.
“The road was damaged and mere Rs seventy lakhs was too small an amount but finally the BDC Arun Kumar Ji brought Chief Engineer PMGSY to the spot and got a adequate funds sanctioned for our area,” the locals said.
When contacted the BDC Arun Kumar told Early Times that the government has finally sanctioned Rs 2.5 crore project for the upgradation of the road in the area.
He said the road would be upgraded on modern lines with quality blacktopping |
