| GDC Marh students win cash prizes in symposium, poetry competitions | | |

JAMMU, Oct 24: Government Degree College, Marh under the patronage of Principal Prof Aekta Gupta participated in the symposium on the topic “Doyens of Dogra Culture and Heritage” held at Government MAM College, Jammu and Dogri poetry recitation competition held at Government GGM Science College, Jammu. Kanchan Sharma and Rohit Kumar of GDC, Marh got first and third prize respectively in the symposium competition.
They were rewarded with cash prizes of Rs 2100 and Rs 1500 respectively. In the Dogri Poetry recitation competition Rohit Kumar of third semester got consolation prize. Principal applauded the students for bringing laurels to the institution and encouraged them to fetch more achievements in the future. |
