POONCH, Oct 25: Terror attacks are increasing in Jammu and Kashmir for a month. Poonch district, which remained peaceful for decades, because people of Poonch were not and are not supporting terrorists in this region, but these terrorists are taking shelters of forests, crops and other guises and targeting security forces. Many nationalists have informed that there are many incomplete and deserted buildings which are open threat for peaceful atmosphere of Poonch. They informed that there are many such buildings in Mandi, Chakrara, Chandak, Dingla and many other schools buildings in rural areas, which are threat for Poonch and militants can take advantage of these buildings. It is pertinent to mention that terrorists took shelter in Mini Secretariat Poonch before five years, where a police cop got martyred. Although this building is now well undertaken by security forces, buy there are many other such dangerous buildings in Poonch. “If militants entered in such building in Poonch, they can harm entire Poonch, locals said. Locals have appealed to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to take notice into the matter and direct administration to protect these buildings for the safeguard of the Poonch. SSP Poonch has said the police has already taken the action into the matter and will take further steps more strongly.
