| GDC Thannamandi organizes lecture on relevance of Gandhian Philosophy | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
RAJOURI, Oct 25: GDC Thannamandi’s Department of Political Science organized an extension lecture on the theme “Relevance of Gandhian Philosophy in Present Era” under Shikshit Bharat. The lecture was delivered by life member of Gandhian Global Family Mohammad Bashir Shawl. He advised the students to follow the path of peace and non-violence by following the principles of Gandhi Ji. Shawl fully explained all the aspects of Gandhian philosophy. The whole event was conducted under the patronage of Principal of the college Prof (Dr) Javaid Ahmed Qazi. Earlier the programme was started by welcome address given by staff secretary Prof (Dr) Khalid Riyaz HOD Geography. A large number of students and all the faculty members attended the extension lecture. NSS and NCC volunteers were also present on the occasion.
