Bharat Petroleum welcomes BRO Motorcycle expedition

JAMMU, Oct 25: As nation celebrated the 75 years of Independence of India, Prime Minister has envisaged the celebration of this year as “Bharat Ki Azaadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav”. In line with the vision, Border Roads Organization (BRO) is conducting an “India @75 BRO Motorcycle Expedition 2021” wef 14.10.21 to 27.12.21 touching all corners of the country and spreading the awareness of contribution of BRO and celebrating 75 years of Indian Independence. The Motorcycle Expedition will cover 20000 kms over 75 days with more than 75 Riders from all Ranks of BRO.BPCL Jammu team became a part of their journey, welcomed them and felicitated them today at their fuel outlet in Jammu. The expedition was on their Leg-2 phase wherein they started their Journey from Srinagar to Jammu. It is worthwhile to mention that the rally had reached Srinagar after completing their Leg-1 (Delhi- Manali-Leh-Srinagar).
Speaking on the occasion, Colonel Sanjay Shekhar told the BPCL customers about their expedition and motivated the youngsters to join BPCL.
Territory Manager BPCL, Eshu welcomed each biker and apprised the gathering how BRO is working in the remotest corners of the country and how BPCL provides them with fueling needs in those conditions. He said that BPCL was proud to be a part of their expedition.
On the occasion, BPCL launched their “UFill” initiative at the retail outlet in presence of customers, Bikers, BPCL and BRO officials. Dushyant Sharma gave a live demonstration of the transaction to the present customers. UFill is a unique initiate launched by BPCL wherein the customers can generate a coupon using any UPI app at BPCL fuel station; this coupon can be scanned at the fuel station and customer can do a contactless, cashless transaction. The customer gets instant cash back at the rate of 0.75% of the transaction amount. UFill is aimed at leveraging technology and ensures a touchless-cashless transaction and reduces the after fueling time of the customer which earlier involved exchange of cash.
