SSS flays conversion of Hindus, warns of nationwide agitation | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 19: Sarv Shakti Sena (SSS) staged strong protests in various cities across the nation including the Capital Delhi against the alleged forcible conversion of Hindus especially those having taken refuge in India after persecution in Pakistan and Afghanistan. The protestors were demanding stringent action against the religious missionaries involved in such conversions. Addressing media persons, Rajan Gupta, President Sarv Shakti Sena (SSS) Jammu and Kashmir said that it is a matter of great concern that despite India having provide refuge to persecuted people across the globe irrespective of their religious affiliations, today very Hindu are being subjected to forced conversions by other religious missionaries in India. He said that Hindus in India condemn such incidents in strongest words and will not allow the conversion of their communities who are victims of atrocities in any part of the world. |
