| NC holds public meeting at Pyt Malhar | | |  Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Dec 20: National Conference held a public meeting at Panchayat Malhar and Sambal areas under the leadership of district president Sunil Verma.
Speaking on the occasion, Verma highlighted the wrong and anti-people's policies of the present BJP government in JKUT, adding that the power shutdown in whole Jammu region is one of the biggest failures of the government.
PDD employees including Chief Engineer are sitting on indefinite strike from the last two days for their genuine demands but government is not interested for solving their demands. Verma listened to the problems of the local people and assured them for solving their issues on priority basis with the help of district administration. Naib Sarpanch Sunita Devi was also present in the meeting. Others who spoke in the meeting included Channa Ram Sethi, Pavitir Singh Jamwal, Veer Singh, Anaitullah and Ashok Mehra.
