| Tawi Welfare Society distributes shawls among needy people | | | 
EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 20: Tawi Welfare Society (TWS) distributed a packing of 3 shawls each to 100 needy people of Tawi Island and its adjoining areas in a simple but an impressive function held at Apnavan Sure Chak. Dr. Priya Darshani Gautam Block Development Officer Mandal Phallain was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
A memento was also presented to the guest as a token of love.
The chief guest in her brief address appreciated the work of society and assured to assist in their activities in future from her own. She also assured full support of her department in the development of Apnavan in general and children park (under construction) in particular. |
