JAMMU, Dec 23: Kashmiri Pandit community have expressed anguish and grave concern over the proposal of Delimitation Commission for Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory which keeps no room to accommodate Exiled Kashmiri Pandit community who are living as Migrants in Jammu and other parts of country for the last over three decades or so,sources said here today. Taking a dig at the administration of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory senior community members headed by social activist Sunil Pandita during a public meeting alleged that neglecting of Kashmiri Pandit migrants in the Delimitation Commission proposal was a gross violation of norms where as other communities have been considered for their representation to the Legislative Assembly, Sunil maintained. We have been facing the brunt of political neglect since 1947 in the valley but post migration and especially in BJP regime we were pinning high hopes in the government that something extraordinary will fall in our kitty but as a matter of fact such miracles never happned ,lambasted Sunil while addressing the gathering here at Jagti. We have been genuinely demanding representation to Legislative Assembly since a long but our demand was not considered by the respective governments and we were now hopeful after being setting up of proposals for Delimitation Commission in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir yet nothing seemed to be stored in it for exiled community of Kashmiri Pandit migrants.
