JAMMU, Dec 24: The Delimitation Commission proposal for new 7 seats in Jammu and Kashmir is not acceptable due to its biased intentions. President SHIA Federation Jammu Ashiq Hussain Khan said this in a press meet and expressed his anguish over the proposal of Delimitation Commission.
He said the report is not meeting the expectations of common masses of Jammu & Kashmir. As we all were expecting the justice with every community according to their population will be done, but nothing has been done so, he said. Ashiq said that from last 70 years Muslims especially from Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur have been neglected in political sphere. He said that the Shia community which is more than 12 lakh in J&K has also been neglected in this report. |
