JK OBC takes peace tricolor rally at Akhnoor
12/26/2021 10:18:03 PM
Early Times Report
AKHNOOR, Dec 26: Jammu & Kashmir OBC Backward Classes hold a joint peace tricolor rally of all organizations which was taken out from Akhnoor Khod Ghadi to Palanwala under the leadership of Bansi Lal Choudhary, Kasturi Lal Basutra, Faqir Chand, Kuldeep Raj and Rajinder Kumar.
During the rally over a thousand people joined hands and greeted the rally with warm garlands and opined the fact that even today in the 21st century there are pictures of open injustices against this section of the population. The areas which were covered during the rally included Bamhal, Chaq Badayala, Mera, Jourian, New Trote, Khour, Padali, Panjtoot, Milne Wali Khui, Pahdiwala, Tarana Kaleth etc.
The attitude of the government towards the OBC section is totally unacceptable. The political reservation to this section of population within Jammu and Kashmir is still pending and we are called OSC instead of OBC which the government is not rectifying. . Unemployed youth, including National Scholarships and fellowships holders International Theatre Artists, Unemployed Postgraduate Engineers, Postgraduate Masters, Telecommunication Law Graduates and other Postgraduate youth are still striving hard for their bread and butter.
Further, giving this section of the population its share in the State Backward Classes Commission in the C-seats; another narrow conspiracy has been adopted by making a column of this section of the population in the census form without making a column of this section of the population even today. Prominent among those who attended the rally included Kewal Krishan, Suram Chand, Mohan Lal, Talib Hussain, Chaman Lal, Darshan Ku,mar, Subash Chander, Nazir Ahmed, Ashok Kumar, Dr. Bansi Lal, Parshotam Lal, Rashpal Chand, Dr. Salgotra and others.
