| Shiksha Niketan High School Gandhi Nagar celebrates 54th foundation day | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 5: Shiksha Niketan High School Gandhi Nagar celebrated its 54th foundation day with great pomp and show. A weeklong celebration was held from 31st January to 5th of February, by different wings i.e., pre-primary, primary, middle and high wings.
The whole celebration was conducted online in view of pandemic crisis to kindle the spirit of togetherness and encourage the students to showcase their talents despite the difficult times. On the last day of the event i.e., Basant panchmi, the programme began with Hawan followed by Kanjak Pujan in the school premises.
Guests were other sister concern were also invited to grace the occasion. Ex staff members Sushma Sharma, Suman Sharma, Tripta sharma and some prominent citizens were felicitated for their efforts and sincerity in their respective fields. The Principal of the school Rameshwar Mengi along with Rakshan Mengi Director RMPS and Rasheek Mengi Director Pushp Vatika paid tributes to the founder principal Dev Dutt Mengi. |
