Jammu, Feb 13:To continue with its special campaign against the dilspidated condition of Jammu city roads and outskirts,your favourite daily newspaper Early Times has brought yet another posh colony to the fore where locals are aghast over bad condition of roads,lanes and by-lanes.
This posh colony is Trikuta Nagar Ext ll where residents rue the pathetic approach of the district administration who,according to them have failed to repair/ reconstruct the roads ,lanes and by-lanes which have been in bad shape for the quite some time in the area.
Some senior locals who wished not to be named in this write-up told that there has been no let up in ignoring our problems by the men at helms whom we prayed a number of times to get these lanes, by-lanes and link roads repaired which presents a shabby look in absence of repairment and reconstruction besides it also becomes cause of accidents.
Bijlee,paani, sadak are our basic amenities and concerned government departments are bound for up-keep and maintenance of these facilities because government spents a huge amount of public money on the name of development works.
